The Roster Rules will be strictly enforced at this event. You are permitted to make changes to your roster until 12 Noon on Friday, May 3, 2019. Your roster will lock at 12:01pm and there will be no exceptions. You will be able to verify your roster on tourney machine by checking the app on Thursday, May 2, 2019. If there is a problem, you must email: [email protected] to make the correction, failure to do so will result in your roster being incorrect.
If you are picking up players to add to your roster, get it done by the roster due date. You will not be able to show up and add players. We intend to make this event fair for everyone and run on time.
How To Create A Roster In The AAU System
1. If you have a roster in Tournament Connect, you can login and select this event to send us your roster
2. If you have not created a roster this year, please login to your account or create a new one 4. The entry fee has been set to zero so you can register for the event and add your roster. Select the Florida AAU State Championship May 3-5, 2019 5. Add your players and coaches to the roster. 6. Once you opt into the event, we will be able to see your roster. 7. All athletes are eligible to participate in the Florida AAU State Championship. If there is a team that is not attending, you may pick the player up without a release and add them to your roster. Register in the Proper Age/GradeAGE BASED COMPETITION RULES
9U – An athlete can be no older than 9 on August 31, 2019. 10U – An athlete can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2019. 11U – An athlete can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2019. 12U – An athlete can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2019. 13U – An athlete can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2019. 14U – An athlete can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2019. 3RD GRADE – An athlete must be in the 3RD grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2019. 4TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 4th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2019. 5TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 5th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2019. 6TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 6th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2019. 7TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 7th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2019. 8TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 8th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2019. |
