Job Description: We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Event Staff. Event Staff are responsible for working under the instructions of an Event Manager, assuming the role of welcoming guests, monitoring facial recognition / ticketing, regulating traffic flow at gym doors, etc. Moreover, Event Staff need to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Job Type: Paid Weekend Job

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Provide positive, helpful, and enthusiastic customer service as requested by the Event Manager
  • Assist with event equipment set ups and breakdowns
  • Assist with event parking operations
  • Potentially serve in other support roles – scoreboard operator, usher, ticket taker, ball person, server, etc.

Job Requirements:
  • Available to consistently and reliably work entire weekends (early morning thru late evening)
  • Must have a positive, outgoing personality
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, which is subject to frequently changing priorities
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and other event staff
